Terms and Conditions

What to expect during the coaching session: I, as your coach, will show up 100% focused and ready to go and I ask that you, the client, do the same. I request you be in a quiet, private area, with strong internet please. If you are driving at the time of our appointment, please plan to pull over for the duration of the session. Feel free to bring a beverage of choice to have on hand during the session, but please refrain from drinking alcohol. Contact between sessions: Communication between sessions may occur via email or Slack. I will endeavour to respond within 24hours. Scheduling: Schedule your appointment via the Calendly booking system generating an emailed Zoom recurring link. Late Policy: Your 45-minute session is reserved entirely for you. You deserve my attention from the first minute to the last. As such, it will start and end on time with any delays being absorbed. I offer this as a courtesy to all clients. Cancellation Policy: In the event where you may have a conflict arise, I request you cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled time to ensure your session rolls over. Cancellation notice less than 24 hours will result in a forfeit. No Show Policy: If, after the period of ten minutes, you have failed to show for your scheduled appointment, the Zoom call will be terminated, and the session forfeited. Blackout dates: Holidays and events vary wildly between borders, as such CGC reserves the right to block off time accordingly. Any prior appointments will be rescheduled with ample notice at a mutually agreed upon time. Confidentiality: All interactions which take place in the setting of coaching are considered confidential. This includes all interactions with me, any scheduling or appointment notes, all session content records, and any progress notes I take during your sessions. Limits to this Agreement: I, as your coach, reserve the right to disclose information to Health Providers or the Police if I learn of, or believe, you, the client, or anyone else, may be at risk, show intent to self-harm, show occurrence of abuse, and or any evidence of criminal activity. Please confirm your understanding.

Seek permission: Occasionally, it may be useful for me to use some of our conversation as inspiration for examples. Your anonymity will always be maintained. Do you grant permission for this to occur?

Recording Policy: Recording is by permission only. Any recorded Zoom video sessions will be placed in a shared Google Doc (or similar) folder. You will be provided with the link for review within 24 hours of recording completion. These recordings will be considered Confidential Information unless for any reason CGC is required by law to turn them over to a court or authorized officials. Please request if you require sessions recorded.

Intellectual Property: CGC retains ownership of its intellectual property. Any tools, materials, or other resources I have created and provided to guide our work together continues to be owned by me. It may be used for your own personal development, but it may not be copied and distributed in any manner, publicly displayed, modified, used as the basis for derivative works, or used for any commercial purpose. Refund Policy: I, as your coach, am confident in my ability to assist you, however, if for some reason we decide the coach/client relationship is not a good fit, I will happily refund the money for any unused sessions purchased as part of a package. Once refund is complete, all future sessions will be cancelled. Termination of Agreement: I, as your coach, and you, the client, each have the opportunity to terminate this agreement if the working relationship is not a good fit and is not working for either party. You have the right to terminate at any time according to my refund policy. Agreement to these terms: Your payment for services constitutes an acceptance of the terms of a contractual agreement. These policies serve as our contract because they are the terms of us working together. Please understand it is your responsibility to read these terms in full. If you have any unanswered questions not covered by these policies, kindly ask prior to proceeding with services.
