The Resilience Growth Program is for all my people who feel stressed when they don’t know what’s happening. Become anxious when plans change. Get a bit cranky or over-react. Feel pressure to do their best. Who rarely accept their best is good enough. It’s for people who want to try something new but lack the motivation or feel too overwhelmed to start. For all of us who worry ourselves sick. Or, who’d rather quit than keep going!

Adopt the tools to handle whatever comes your way without the anxiety. Develop skills that reduce the need for coping mechanisms.

Accept what you can’t control and manage what you can calmly. Confidently.

Working with Beth has helped increase my self-belief and capacity to develop as a Speaker.
